| ThorpeGlen Monitoring System (TMS)The TMS provides Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) with a single point of control for their Data Extraction and Analysis solution. Situated within their Monitoring Centre it enables the customer to perform intelligence requests from the volume data stored at the Collectors and to perform monitoring and management of suspicious targets.

| ThorpeGlen Data Collector (Collector)The Collector provides the efficient storage of volume data and processes requests from the TMS to perform timely retrieval of targeted data. Collectors would be implemented within many operator networks. An LEA would centrally manage and perform requests to each of these Collectors.

| ThorpeGlen Location and Tracking System (LTS)The LTS provides the ability to locate mobile devices on request and the ability to perform tracking of these devices over a period of time. The LTS is located within a ‘well-connected’ operator’s network while the requests are managed and targets monitored via the TMS.

| ThorpeGlen Telco Analytics (Analytics)The Analytics component provides Telco Operators with the ability to maintain statistics and view reports against the volume data stored within their Collector. It also allows the operators to extract metrics for further analysis to provide assurances on the validity of their network configuration.

| ThorpeGlen Mediator (Mediator)The Mediator enables disparate data sources to be filtered, converted and enhanced. The purpose of the Mediator is to provide a consistent and normalised format of records to the Collector or other downstream system.
